Salary: A GBP 13.15 per hour

Our clients Care Home is a registered charity based in Whetstone North London N20. They are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to fill the Care Assistant posts.

The Role

  • To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader.
  • To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person:centred care unique to each individual.
  • To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required, from time:to:time, to maintain and progress knowledge.


Skills And Qualifications


  • Have experience of working in a care environment.
  • Be passionate about working hard and achieving great results.
  • Take pride in always maintaining high standards of care, health and safety.
  • Be able to use own initiative.
  • Be an effective time manager.
  • Have great communication skills.
