Would you like to deliver local, targeted support across the Bradford South community to increase access to services? - A creative, flexible and imaginative approach to working with people from vulnerable groups.
- Experience working with people with dementia either as a carer, worker, or volunteer.
- The ability to undertake work with high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of dementia and brain health to provide Information and Guidance.
- Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
