This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our leadership team. In addition to your own patient caseload you will support in the development and implementation of our clinical strategy of providing high-quality patient-centred primary care services, by providing clinical and professional leadership, with a focus on the nursing team and advanced practitioners working within the organisation.
You will have experience of working across the breadth of Primary Care managing acute, chronic and complex presentations. You will be a credible leader with experience of delivering improvements in patient care.
Important Information:
This is a split role with 15 hours per week allocated for the Associate Director role and the remaining hours (minimum 15 hours) working as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner based in one of the NCPC practices. The 2 roles have different salary scales:
Associate Director - Starting from £67,791
ACP - £55,532 - £68,271

Work as part of a collective leadership team to continue the development of a clinically-led and management-enabled organisation.
Lead on the implementation of the NCPC Nursing and ACP Plan.
Champion the development and governance of nursing and advanced practice roles across NCPC practice.
Create and develop a culture of professional development and learning amongst the nursing and ACP team at an individual, practice, locality and organisation.
Provide support and be involved with workforce planning and development of the nursing and ACP team at practice, locality and organisational level.
Model excellent professional behaviours and clinical excellence.
