- Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care looking to work towards Level 5
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within domiciliary care
- Ambition to advance to higher managerial positions within the organisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
