Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Company Director to manage operations and staff effectively
Supporting the Director in ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Providing highquality, person-centered care to clients
Assisting with staff recruitment, training, and supervision
Contributing to financial management, including invoicing and payroll
Requirements:
Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care looking to work towards Level 5
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within domiciliary care
Ambition to advance to higher managerial positions within the organisation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
