Responsibilities:

- Leading and supporting a diverse range of therapy staff including psychology and therapy, along with any other specialisms that fall within the teams therapy needs (for example OTs or other AHPs as wider services develop).


Experience:

- Clear and motivational leadership skills to support a diverse therapy team

- Line Management/Leadership experience is desirable OR a willingness to build this

- Business Development and Innovation are key to maximise the opportunities available to the service

Reporting to the Therapy Services Manager (TSM), the Therapy Lead will be responsible for managing the inpatient therapy provision, day care and all resources within it.
