Responsibilities


  • Provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes
  • Assist with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, medication prompts, meal preps and companionship
  • Drive clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
  • Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in social work or home care is preferred
  • Ability to drive and has a car with valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
