This is based in our fabulous office in Newbridge is just to the west of Edinburgh airport, offering great views of incoming aircraft and easy access to the M8 and M9.
Working patterns
Hybrid working available after induction period (2 x WFH days a week)
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:00pm
What You Will Do
- Manage incoming calls from our new residents on required snagging work
- Record reported warranty defects and all contact with the customer, contractor, sub-contractor, surveyors, and insurance inspectors or internal for each individual case.
- Follow-ups with residents, ensuring they are fully satisfied before the ticket is closed
- Competently manage the engineers/technician's diaries for repair work e.g., geographical suitability per job/technician
- Manage bookings for the Head of Customer Care and sub-contractors.
- Manage department work schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel - arranging repairs, meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Creating regular reports for the Customer Care Manager
- Update files with information relating to sites as a backup for rectification or warranty defects.
- Strive to achieve gains in ‘Customer Satisfaction and ‘Recommended’ ratings as reported by HBF.
