If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant Part Time Receptionist to join our Front of House team based at Magic Circle Law Firm.
The role consists of Reception, meeting room bookings, switchboard and liaising with other service providers to ensure that a seamlessly excellent service is consistently provided.
Hours: 24 hours per week. Shifts on Mon, Thu & Fri 2pm-7pm, shifts on Tue & Wed 1pm-6pm or 2pm-7pm
Salary: £18,540
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be capable of delivering 5* customer service and building working relationships with the internal client team. They will be proactive in all duties and demonstrate a genuine passion for people.
Previous Experience Within a Customer Facing Role Is Essential.
Experience in corporate reception is desirable.
