Hours of work Monday – Friday 1.15 – 5pm
We currently have a vacancy for a Medical Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin.
This is an extremely busy service with a high volume of workload.
Applicants should have excellent secretarial, organisational and communication skills. Accurate keyboard skills and previous secretarial experience is essential.
Experience of waiting list management is desirable however training will be provided.
This post is 18.75hrs and the post holder will be required to work Monday – Friday 1315-1700. Flexibility is essential for this post.
