2 PART TIME Care Navigator/ Receptionists
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 Care Navigator/ Receptionist to become part of our friendly multi-disciplinary team at Elmbank Group Practice in Aberdeen. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to assist our Reception team in caring for our 11,900 patients. We are a training practice with 6 GP Partners, 1 ANP Partner, salaried & trainee GPs, 2 ANPs, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 HCAs, 2 Pharmacists and a supportive admin team.
The successful candidate will contribute to providing the best possible care for patients by being helpful, efficient and a conscientious member of the team.
Excellent communication, pro-activity, confidentiality, team working, previous experience in dealing with the general public and ability to remain focused and calm in a fast paced environment are all key skills required to successfully fulfil this role.
What you would be doing -
Answering and dealing with patient requests both face to face and on the phone.
Booking patient appointments
Processing prescription requests
Registering new patients and updating patient records.
Issuing test results to patients and filing documents in patients' records.
Supporting other administration staff in their duties, i.e. photocopying, processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Hours will be 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday or 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. Salary is £11.91 per hour.
