River Dee Medical Group has a vacancy for a full time Care Navigator, working 37.5 hours per week, 10am to 6pm.
Based at the Torry Medical Practice which has approx. 7,000 patients registered. It is a busy, fast paced practice so ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working within Primary Care or a reception environment.
You should have the ability to work both independently, using own initiative and as part of a team within a busy but friendly environment. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy are an important aspect of this role. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise your own workload effectively. Dealing efficiently with competing demands and adapting as necessary, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
This role requires a high level of IT knowledge using MSOffice and specific clinical programmes e.g. Vision, Docman. Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Salary will be placed according to qualifications and experience. The salary scale for this post is £24,276 to £26,394
