About The Team We Are Recruiting To

What is the job role?


You will promote independence and personalised approaches in a safe, respectful, and dignified manner; giving people choice and control over the services they are using and ensuring the best possible outcomes for individuals.


We have 2 Permanent positions working 28hours a week, the shift pattern will cover days including (4 days in and 3 days off per week). Shift times are 7:30am - 3pm and 2:30pm - 10pm. You would work alternative weekends which you are paid an enhancement for.



We also have 1 Permanent position working 21 hours a week the shift pattern will cover days including (3 days in and 4 days off per week). Shift times are 7:30am - 3pm and 2:30pm - 10pm - this post does not include weekends.


This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

We are unable to offer sponsorship for these roles.


Who are we looking for?


This is a “hands-on” role in which no two days are the same. You will, therefore, need to be physically fit, have a flexible, patient, and non-judgemental approach to your work, and able to demonstrate and adapt excellent communication skills.
