Job Description


We’re on a mission to reignite brand heat and establish ASOS as the first place to go for new trends. Social media isn’t something we just do. It’s at the very centre of all our marketing activity and our product design. We have an incredibly exciting opportunity for a fashion and social media passionate professional to work as part of our team leading our social media output and drive brand fame through incredible campaigns for one of the worlds most loved and exciting brands in fashion.

As a social-first brand, you will be a key part of the campaigns team ensuring ASOS’s social output is best in class. You will support the team creating captivating and on-brand campaigns that resonates with 20 somethings, drives engagement, and increases brand awareness at scale. The successful candidate will be organised, strategic, and have a passion for getting deep understanding of social media platforms as well as being fully immersed in youth culture and trends.


The Details


  • You have previously worked in an admin role preferably within the fashion, beauty, or retail industry. 
  • You live and breathe social media; you understand the key differences between each platform and have a passion for scrolling through socials and identifying key trends and moments.
  • You proud yourself in your communication skills. 
  • You are besties with process and take pride in your organizational skills and time management.
  • We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of our content calendars, schedulers and live posting.
  • You will be primarily supporting our senior social execs on campaigns across all brands, we will be looking for someone with brand knowledge and the ability to take meeting notes and support on tasks in a thorough way.
  • Confidence is key at ASOS you never know when you will be on camera.

Qualifications



About You


  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a marketing or social media team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
