We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to join our senior leadership as our Head of Employee Services.

This role will provide you with an opportunity to lead, motivate and inspire a dedicated team to deliver high-quality recruitment and workforce systems functions, and manage the contract with our outsourced payroll provider.

You’ll also gain strategic experience, driving change in relation to our commitment to inclusive recruitment, and working in collaboration with external partners across the Greater Manchester system to scale-up and improve the efficiency of employee services.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and workforce systems who is ready to step into a leadership position and make a real impact across our Trust. It is offered on a fixed-term basis for 6 months, due to the substantive postholder being successful in obtaining a career development opportunity of their own.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive, and enthusiastic HR senior leadership team, under the direction of our newly appointed Chief People Officer.
