PLEASE NOTE: Current location is OX1 however will be relocating to OX5 - Would suit candidate who can easily commute to OX5

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly receptionist to join our small, close-knit team at Stratum Clinic - Oxford.

The successful candidate will be playing a crucial part in the day-to-day running of the clinic, supporting the overall reception function so that patients are seen safely and swiftly and working closely with the small multidisciplinary clinic team


Overall Responsibilities Are


  • Checking in patients on arrival.
  • Preparing and setting up the clinics for the day.
  • Opening or closing the clinic.
  • Printing doctors clinic schedules and preparing patient notes.
  • Booking new consultations, follow up appointments and rescheduling patients.
  • Cancellation of appointments as directed by the management team when needed
  • End-of-day clinic responsibilities.
  • Dealing with phone, email and face to face enquires.


Candidate Profile


An accomplished team player with excellent communication skills, use of initiative and the ability to work at pace with a high level of accuracy. Good numeracy and administration skills are essential. A fast learner with experience in high-end customer services and an understanding of the importance of the patient journey.

  • A highly engaging individual who can quickly build relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • An initiative-taker focused on completing tasks with a high level of accuracy.
