Job Description

We are seeking a caring individual to join our 9.00am-2.30pm team. This sought-after position was designed for those who can offer a lot to care, but traditional hours such as early mornings, evenings and weekend work would not be best suited to their family life.

Our '9-2.30' rounds mainly support our customers who do not require full-time care, but rather those who might need one or two visits a week to help with personal care, household chores, or their weekly food shop. The role is varied, and you will visit a range of people who need just a little support to remain independent. A willingness to travel across our area to provide care is essential.

In return, Bluebird Care can offer you:

  • 9.00am-2.30pm: Monday-Friday ONLY
  • £11.44 per hour
  • 43p per business mile
  • Excellent training and support throughout employment
  • Paid holiday
  • Double time on Bank Holidays
  • Travel time bonus paid for visiting remote customers
  • An opportunity to work for a CQC rated ''Overall Outstanding'' homecare provider
  • Please note that a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential to the role
