- £11.44 per hour PLUS
- £1.50 per hour bonus for volunteering to pick up calls at short notice
- £3.00 per hour bonus for volunteering to work outside or over your availability
- We pay you for ALL of your working time at the hourly rate, whether you are delivering care, driving between customers, or you simply have a gap in your shift with nothing to do!
Job Description
We are seeking a caring individual to join our 9.00am-2.30pm team. This sought-after position was designed for those who can offer a lot to care, but traditional hours such as early mornings, evenings and weekend work would not be best suited to their family life.
Our '9-2.30' rounds mainly support our customers who do not require full-time care, but rather those who might need one or two visits a week to help with personal care, household chores, or their weekly food shop. The role is varied, and you will visit a range of people who need just a little support to remain independent. A willingness to travel across our area to provide care is essential.
In return, Bluebird Care can offer you:
- 9.00am-2.30pm: Monday-Friday ONLY
- £11.44 per hour
- 43p per business mile
- Excellent training and support throughout employment
- Paid holiday
- Double time on Bank Holidays
- Travel time bonus paid for visiting remote customers
