Primary care networks (PCNs) are groups of GP practices that work together, and with other health and care providers, to deliver a wider range of services to the local population than might be possible within an individual practice.

This is a great opportunity to join the Gosport Central Primary Care Network team that strive to deliver outstanding patient care to approximately 84,500 patients in Gosport. You will be an integral part of the team, working alongside our 5 member practices in the locality.

The Project Support Officer plays an important role within the Primary Care Network and is seen as a critical and evolving role. The ideal applicant will provide high quality administrative and project support to the PCN. This will include all aspects of admin support to the PCN Manager and the Network to ensure key projects and workstreams are delivered in line with the Network DES Contract, including project reviews, data analysis, reporting both internally and externally.

Gosport Central PCN is made up of 5 GP practices over 9 sites looking after a population of 85k patients providing an extensive range of primary care services and are responsible for delivering objectives and service specifications set out in the Network Contract.

As the PCN Project Support Officer, you will provide high quality administrative and project support to Gosport Central PCN. This will include all aspects of admin support to the Primary Care Network, project reviews and data analysis, reporting both internally and externally.
