Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.
- Apply relevant mental health legislation effectively.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated care plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and management.
- Offer expert advice and support to service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Ensure the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification and registration as an Approved Mental Health Practitioner.
- In-depth knowledge of mental health legislation.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in crisis intervention and mental health care planning.
