- Champion patient safety by upholding safeguarding protocols.
- Develop strong working relationships with various healthcare professionals.
- Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met within care plans.
- Foster connections between patients and local support systems.
- Investigate incidents and complaints within the hospital setting.
Who You Are
- A qualified Social Worker with a degree and registration with SWW.
- Possesses a strong understanding of current mental health legislation.
- Committed to providing high-quality care that complies with professional standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and assessment skills.
