What You'll Do


  • Assess the social needs of patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and collaborate with families and communities.
  • Champion patient safety by upholding safeguarding protocols.
  • Develop strong working relationships with various healthcare professionals.
  • Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met within care plans.
  • Foster connections between patients and local support systems.
  • Investigate incidents and complaints within the hospital setting.


Who You Are


  • A qualified Social Worker with a degree and registration with SWW.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of current mental health legislation.
  • Committed to providing high-quality care that complies with professional standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and assessment skills.
