bigmoose is a charity focused on providing mental health support. our mission is to make mental health services accessible to everyone and save and change lives.as a personal assistant to the ceo and coo of bigmoose, you will play a key role in supporting us and ensuring the smooth operation of the organisation. you will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support. in addition, you will work with our referral team to handle incoming mental health referrals and respond promptly and compassionately, acting as the first point of contact for individuals seeking our services.
