We are seeking a Mental Health 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿 to join our team at Willowbrook Care Centre.

The centre is specifically designed to cater for a range of complex needs including but not limited to brain injury and mental health. Our vision is “to provide a comfortable and therapeutic living environment that enables supportive steps towards recovery and mental wellbeing”.


About The Role


  • Support the clinical nursing team to provide the highest quality, person-centred care.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care whilst promoting independence, respect and dignity.
  • Support resident’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Promote best practice in relation to health & safety, confidentiality and security. Care will be carried out under the supervision / direction of a registered Nurse.


Ideal Candidate


  • Caring and friendly nature to help create a homely environment for our residents.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, particularly with the elderly
  • Experience in a care background is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
