Health & Social Care Assessor
to join them on a permanent basis to support the delivery of successful training to learners within the H&SC sector throughout South Wales.

This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved
- Covering a regional area, traveling to visit learners in the workplace to undertake assessments
- Complete ILP's and map out learning routes for individuals
- Reference and mark evidence collated in the workplace for NVQ requirements
- Completion of learner attendance records and learners guided contact hours
- Give additional support to trainees when required
- Providing a quality learning experience and journey
Key Skills & Experience
- Occupational competencies and experience of delivery in Health & Social Care
- Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices
- CAVA qualifications or equivalent
- ESW Communication Level 2
- ESW Application of Number Level 2
- Self-motivated & Driven
- Reliable, Enthusiastic & passionate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
