Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our dynamic reception team in Ophthalmology at Frimley Park Hospital.
The successful post holder must be able to work within an extremely busy and demanding environment providing an efficient administrative service to the Department. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
You will be required to deal with telephone queries from both professionals and the general public and you should be able to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels, at all times.
Applicants should enjoy working in a busy environment. You will need to be organised, enthusiastic and dedicated with excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be working on the front line Ophthalmology Reception in the Eye Treatment Centre at Frimley Park Hospital.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the provision of a seamless service to patients and staff. The post holder will provide a high quality service to all customers both internal and external to the Trust ensuring reception support in the outpatient area is efficient, with all patients and visitors greeted in a friendly and polite manner.
