The HR Advisor Role
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff at our shops and Head Office
Provide timely and appropriate advice and guidance with regards to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and employee welfare
Conduct both formal and informal meetings by telephone, video call or in person
Follow and maintain company policies and procedures
Carry out day to day HR administrative duties
The HR Advisor Role Essentials
HR experience gained in a similar environment and ideally a multi-sited organisation A good knowledge and use of employment law and HR processes
Ability to communicate clearly and articulately both verbally and in writing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident keyboard skills
Ability to work hands on in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Organised with a competence to prioritise own workload
Occasional travel will be required
