Child Health at HHFT supports you to access the Wessex Regional Preceptorship programmes provided for NQN staff working in either the paediatric or neonatal teams. These robust preceptorship programmes are accessed for your first 12 months in post, provide you with paediatric or neonatal focused education and training designed to support you in your transition from student to registrant. Further support is provided by the Clinical Practice Facilitators for your area and, where appropriate, support from the Trust's dedicated Preceptorship Team.
