As a band 6 Hospital Palliative Care Team you will work as part of the team and be supported by the well established Hospital Palliative Care Team to; To offer expert care to people with advanced illness, and those close to them. To provide support to a defined caseload of patients; helping to promote and provide dignity, understanding and compassion.
Base Location: Poole Hospital - based in Forest Holme
