You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and managing your team of Care and Support Workers in the community.
  • You will be the go-to person to solve complex queries when they arise.
  • Using your experience and problem-solving skills to deliver care solutions to the community.
  • Working in close partnership with both the Care Manager and Care Coordinator you will connect the office with the service user.
  • You will also use your experience to provide quality control of care services, constantly seeking out ways to provide higher levels of care.


This is a community-based role where you will be responsible for managing your team and undertaking reviews and audits of care packages.


You will be ideally suited if you are:

  • Self-motivated.
  • Well-organised.
  • Reliable .
  • An effective communicator.
