As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Collaborate with the OT Lead to develop and implement client-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services
Oversee therapeutic group programs and individual recovery-focused interventions
Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act (1983) and its 20amendments
Supervise junior staff and engage in personal and professional development
Maintain accurate records and contribute to MDT meetings
Foster relationships that promote client involvement and uphold equality and diversity valuesPackage and Benefits:
