You will play an integral role within Client Care (the "Team"), providing product management and client service for one of our key investment products, and supporting the wider Client Solutions team.

All investor communications are channeled through Client Care which strives to provide a center of excellence and first port of call for investors. Analysts support the senior Client Care personnel within the team on a fund/group of funds/mandates, working alongside the finance and portfolio teams in executing strategy, delivering on promises to investors, and supporting fund growth. You will support the coordination and management of all investor requests, materials and communications throughout the investor life cycle.

The focus of this role is on one of the Firm's flagship products - our global indirect fund - a very high profile product. Working to support the senior members of the Client Care team for this fund, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple service platforms across the European region, with exposure to a global institutional client base.


Responsibilities


  • Support the Client Care leads for this fund in creation/updates of investor communications/materials, including: welcome packs, day to day queries, formal communications, standard & bespoke reporting, marketing materials, presentations, ad hoc communications
  • Provide key support on marketing activity: presentations, due diligence days, roadshow coordination, investor meetings
  • Support production of RFPs
  • Updating quarterly INREV DDQs
  • Maintain consultant databases
  • Support in the legal onboarding of prospective investors working with fund administrators, internal and external legal teams and Client Solutions
  • Support in organisation of quarterly webcasts, annual meetings and advisory boards
  • Support on document, data and systems management: facilitate and implement a centralised workflow to investors, Fund managers and Client Solutions, ensuring quality and integrity of data
  • Salesforce platform management: dashboards, content, tracking, closings & pipeline: track all fund activities and keep up to date

  • Assist on projects to roll out new initiatives and efficiencies across the group; ensure strong messaging, consistency, and best practice

Person Specification


  • Strong work ethic and a ''CAN DO" attitude
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills - ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
  • Fluency in English absolutely essential, including strong writing skills
  • Experience in writing RFPs and creating presentations in PowerPoint is an advantage
  • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
  • Good interpersonal skills ("Building Bridges") and confident in speaking to senior stakeholders
  • Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Working knowledge of and experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not essential

Skills Required


  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of Salesforce, Access & SharePoint would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • 1+/- years working in professional services, real estate or finance is not essential but would be advantageous
  • Experience working within a Client Service/Administrative/Reporting function in a professional services firm would be advantageous
