Hours: 20 hours per week



Shift Pattern:

3 days or 4 days a weeks

We have big ambitions and are looking for superstars to join us.

In Extra Care, our residents live independently in their own homes within one of our schemes, complete with communal lounges, gardens, cafés/bistros and salons. As Care Administrator with Housing 21, you will provide a general administrative service within an Extra Care Scheme to support the Schemes care objectives.


Main Responsibilities Of The Job Include


  • Inputting the weekly hours and support with the rostering of care workers
  • Processing and monitoring all care staff annual leave
  • Organising and managing staff training events
  • Creating and maintaining staff files
  • Assisting the management team with the recruitment process
  • Responding promptly and efficiently to customer enquiries received
  • Shift Pattern: 5 days per week


The Successful Candidate Will Need


  • Good working knowledge of outlook, word and excel (Essential)
  • Significant office administration experience (Essential)
  • Experience in minute taking (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of basic payroll and invoicing processes (Desirable)
  • Experience working in a care service (Desirable)
