Main duties of the job

Reporting to the TheatreManager, you will lead a team of Anaesthetic practitioners working closely withscrub and recovery colleagues. You will have a strong knowledge and experiencein operating theatres with an excellent understanding of the perioperativeneeds of patients, and a wide knowledge of peri-operative nursing practices andprocedures. You must be organised, have excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with experience of supervising a multi-disciplinary teamproviding the highest standard of patient care across a varied caseload.
