The role?
An opportunity has arisen for a permanent Receptionist to join our Aberdeen site, working alongside another Receptionist and reporting to the Base and Facilities Manager.
The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to Facilities, Base and Reception. Main duties and responsibilities will include;
You are?
You will be educated to Standard Grade level and have previous experience in a similar role/industry. You will have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages. An administrative qualification would be advantageous. You will have a friendly and approachable manner, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
