An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration and Project Co-ordinator to join the North West Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (NWNODN)
The purpose of this role, is to provide support to enable the successful delivery of defined projects within the NWNODN Work Programme, incorporating the national Neonatal Critical Care Review implementation for the NW. This role will be responsible for maintaining project documents, assisting in project planning, arranging meetings, training and co-managing small scale projects.
The role will also be responsible for the management of a team of Administration staff. The role is hybrid working, with some days at home and other days in the office each week (likely 3 days in the office with 2 days at home)
The post holder’s main duties will include planning, organising, directing and coordinating the administration work of the network. Therole will be expected to work with the minimum of supervision and autonomy and to oversee the work of the administration team. This could include co-ordinating tasks, and ensure appropriate support is available when required. He/she will be able to demonstrate flexibility and use own initiative to carry out duties in such a way as to make a direct and positive contribution to the organisation, thus enabling the Neonatal ODN team to utilise their time in an efficient and effective manner. The post holder will provide a confident professional service to all network members, It is vital that confidentiality be maintained at all times. The post holder must adhere to Trust Policies and Procedures at all times.
