Job Description: As a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant at Sirona Medical, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our clients with complex medical conditions. You will be responsible for delivering high:quality care and support, ensuring the well:being and comfort of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
: Provide PEG feeding and management
: Assist with tracheostomy care
: Perform wound dressing and management
: Administer medication accurately and safely
: Manage stoma care, including changing and maintenance
: Monitor and record patient's condition and progress
: Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
: Offer emotional support and reassurance to clients and their families
Requirements
: Proven experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a complex care setting
: Competency in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, wound dressing, medication administration, and stoma care
: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
: Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to delivering high:quality care
: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
