The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Service users will need assistance with every day care needs, dementia support and other activitiesResponsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Support clients with mobility and physical tasks.
  • Assist with medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and health care professionals.
  • Implement and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
  • Encourage and support clients to engage in social activities and community involvement.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients conditions to senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A relevant qualification in health and social care is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
