- Support clients with mobility and physical tasks.
- Assist with medication management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and health care professionals.
- Implement and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
- Encourage and support clients to engage in social activities and community involvement.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients conditions to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
