Healthcare Assistant (Community) Multiple locations available in the UK

Full & Part Time Options:

£25,300 FTE per annum + mileage allowance (£29,479 if live inside M25) plus benefits.

Bank Options:

£17-20 per visit plus benefits.

Driving Licence, sole access to a vehicle and ‘Right to Work in the UK’ without sponsorship are all required for this role.

Bionical Health are proud to be the UK's largest home healthcare provider, putting patient safety and quality of care first. We need Healthcare Assistants to join us working out in the renal dialysis service where you'll be known as a Renal Technician.

The job:

  • Visiting patients to support them with their dialysis treatment.
  • Performing general health checks including blood pressure etc.
  • Supporting patients and building a professional relationship.
  • Liaising with the local Hospital to support the care of patients.

Successful candidates are required to attend a 5-day training course in Derby (all expenses covered, and usual salary/pay rates paid).

What we're looking for:

  • Empathetic behaviour towards patients and a desire to provide quality patient care.
  • The ability to follow instructions and process information.
  • Skills to appropriately escalate and communicate with a variety of patient care stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel, sometimes long distances, from your home location.
