The Adult and Community Tutor role is a new support staff role that will play a key part in the growth of our organisation. We run a variety of courses ranging from Maths, English and Employability to Health and Safety, First Aid and personal development. The successful candidate needs to have a flexible approach to delivering training in one or more of these areas, to adult learners as part of the community provision. We work in partnership with Job Centres and community support organisations across Hampshire to provide a range of courses to support unemployed people back into work. Training can take place community across Hampshire as well as in college. We welcome applications from candidates who have experience working with this client group and ideally a teaching or assessing qualification or be willing to work towards. The successful candidate will have the desire and ability to inspire all students to reach their full potential and must be able to show a clear commitment to delivering high quality teaching and learning for students. This role requires someone with good communication and organisational skills, who is patient and engaging.
The successful applicant must be prepared to travel across Hampshire.
Travel expenses will be paid.

: Casual Claim £26.40 p/h + holiday
