MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 23rd September 2024

Working hours: During training - Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. On completion of training the hours will be working between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday, with one in 4 Saturday mornings (8.30am-1pm)

What you’ll be doing?

Assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts and orders

Collaborating with key teams across the business (Surgery, Dispensing, Dispatch & Pharmacist teams) and taking ownership of customer issues to see them through to full resolution

Calling new customers to welcome them to the service and get all the necessary information to allow us to deliver a fantastic service

Accurately administrating customer account details using our core systems (CDB) & (Sprinklr) as well as Excel and Outlook

Responding to customer enquiries across several platforms (Telephone calls, e-mails, Live Chat & social media)

Working a variety of back-office processes to deliver our services

Ensuring that workplace remains fun, relaxed, and friendly!

Who are we looking for?

Excellent customer care skills and happy to deal with high volumes of calls

Numerate and IT literate (used IT systems/MS office suite and is quick to learn)

Demonstrate drive, initiative, and proactivity in role

Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually

Happy to work in a busy call centre environment

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Display a high level of accuracy

Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
