Health Care Support Worker inAberdeen inAberdeen PUBLISHED 12 JUN 2024

Aberdeen and North Centre for Haematology, Oncology and Radiotherapy (ANCHOR) Unit within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary are looking to welcome two Health Care Support Workers to their team, working part-time under the new Agenda For Change hours at 18.3hrs per week. This is a Monday to Friday service.

This is a fast paced environment working across the Anchor Unit of ARI. A nurse led model of care underpins the ANP service, working with medical, nursing and ANP teams collaboratively to assess and manage patients with both malignant and non-malignant conditions which may be a new diagnosis, acute toxicity or side effects of anti-cancer treatments. Liaising closely with both primary teams and on call teams.
