Are you a customer-service driven individual looking for a fulfilling role? We're looking for organised and personable professionals to join our team as a patient coordinator.
As a patient coordinator, you can make a significant impact on the lives of service users in the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme. By providing inbound and outbound telephone support, as well as administration assistance, you will help patients navigate their journey with us and provide excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and record-keeping skills will ensure that all patient information is up-to-date and accurate.

Every day you will…
- Handle service users queries via the phone as well as managing their bookings.
- Contact our service users promoting the programme and offering support.
- Build and maintain relationships with all customers and offer a first-class service within every interaction.
- Log and handle sensitive data, maintaining accurate service user records.
