Job summaryAn excitingopportunity has arisen to join our E-Roster Team as a Band 4 Administrator.
You will be responsible for providing a high quality administrative function to the eRostering team and be the first point of contact for users of eRostering systems in the Trust. You will be supported to learn how the Trust eRostering systems work and will be responsible for regular and ad hoc system maintenance, system configuration and reporting tasks.
Main duties of the jobThe eRostering Administrator position is a fantastic opportunity to take on a role within a small team with a big presence in the Trust.
The successful eRostering Administrator must have demonstrable experience:
Knowledge of and confidence in using a wide range of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience of working with online software systems and databases
Experience of working within a role requiring the ability to prioritise tasks
Experience of working with staff roster systems is an advantage, but full training will be given.
