You will work collaboratively with Merseycare Mental Health Team, Change Grow Live (recovery staff), and HMPPS staff to ensure the best possible care is provided to the patients.

As a Healthcare Support Worker, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities such as:

  • Providing outstanding quality-based care and patient centred care
  • Implementing care packages
  • Promoting health and wellbeing
  • Support Nursing and Pharmacy teams
  • Undertake clinics such as Phlebotomy, ECGs, health and wellbeing and conducting NEWS scores
  • Form part of the emergency response team as required.
  • Provide patients with social care needs and personal care
