The successful candidate will be tasked with providing comprehensive administrative and/or secretarial support to an individual, clinical team or specific service area to harmonise efforts and specialisms of all disciplines to achieve effective and efficient service provision, within the dynamic Psychology Team at OSL house.

The post holder will be supporting the Psychology & Psychological Therapy Service leads that are line managed by Jo Scordellis. Your main admin support will be provided to Community Psychology, Psychosis Pathway and Urgent Care.

The successful candidate will be tasked with filtering and circulating PTLs, training compliance and other information to the teams, orrdering of equipment using a number of platforms and allocating SLS to teams using the allocation rota. Opening referrals and use of waiting lists.

You will be tasked with updating Psychology structures with changes in staffing, booking rooms for meetings, taking minutes for meetings within the Psychology Pathways and recording sickness for the teams and completing any relevant paperwork.
