The salary for this permanent Physiotherapist job is £34,281 - £37,596 per annum.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Tailored Care: Assess, implement, and evaluate personalised physiotherapy programmes with the support of junior staff.
• Innovative Practice: Utilise cutting-edge clinical, technical, and research skills to provide top-tier care.
• Patient Focus: Manage your own caseload, with a focus on boosting independence and physical functionality.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other health and social care professionals to plan and deliver outstanding care.

What You Bring To The Table

• Degree in Physiotherapy
• HCPC registration
• Experience in a relevant setting, particularly in neurological care or rehabilitation.
• Expertise in evidence-based practice and physiotherapy interventions.
• Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to work autonomously while setting priorities.
• Confidence in assessing and managing risk, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, that allow you to build meaningful relationships.
• Leadership abilities that inspire and motivate your colleagues.
• IT literacy to stay on top of patient care documentation.
