Don’t miss this opportunity to join the team at Hay Lodge Community Hospital. We are a nurse-led unit providing a 24hour inpatient service predominately for older people. We offer rehabilitation, palliative and end of life care for people in the local community.
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. The post holder must be a confident decision maker, be able to work without direct supervision and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and have responsibility for the assessment of needs and the delivery of high-quality person-centred care. You will also work with the other health professionals within the team, patients and families to coordinate complex discharges.
The role requires you to have full UK NMC registration and be flexible and able to work days and nights on the ward to meet the needs of a 24/7 service.
