An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Health Care Assistant to work in the community. The post holder will support the Community nursing team in delivering an efficient and high quality nursing service using evidence based practice to a wide range of patients within the locality. We are looking to recruit a Health Care Assistant to work in the Ealing Borough of London. It is essential that you have NVQ or equivalent, excellent team working and communication skills and the desire to share knowledge and work within an inter-professional framework. You will be required to work flexibly which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

This is a community post and therefore you must be able to travel throughout the locality, in a timely manner, carrying equipment/staff with you. You will also be expected to support students as part of their basic training and colleagues as part of their ongoing professional development. The post holder will need to attend a period of induction and training before commencing in the role.
