An established healthcare provider in Ireland with expertise in treating and monitoring respiratory illnesses in patients' homes and hospitals seeks to expand its team:
They are currently seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will cover the Westmeath, Offaly, North Galway and North Tipperary territory. The candidate will ideally be based in Westmeath or Offaly.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain existing customer relationships and cultivate new business opportunities by promoting our products and services to key stakeholders in hospitals and community integrated teams.
-Conduct setup and installation of homecare devices such as CPAP, BiPAP and sleep diagnostics, primarily at patients' homes and hospital locations.
-Manage patient installations, clinic support, training, and compliance activities.
-Conduct patient follow-ups post-installation including telephone calls, home visits, and compliance follow-ups.
-Support clinical training and educational workshops in key centers within the region.
-Attend Respiratory Conferences/Meetings as required.
-Support respiratory business activities in the region and occasionally in other regions.
-Adapt to role changes to support new product introductions.
Requirements:
-Qualified Nurse with 3+ years post-qualification experience in -hospital and/or homecare environments.
-Strong organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills with the ability to present, train, mentor, and influence various customers.
-Commercial experience is desirable with the ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
-Proven attention to detail and follow-through.
-Computer literate with practical IT skills.
-Full manual driving license.
-Specific respiratory nursing experience NOT required (though a plus!)
