The Mobility and Rehabilitation Service are looking to recruit an experienced Clerical Officer to assist with the reception and administrative work supporting the clinical and technical teams. The service encompasses two departments Prosthetics/Orthotics and Wheelchair & Seating service and the successful candidate will be required to work primarily in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Are you a good communicator, have a good telephone manner, excellent keyboard skills, organised, able to prioritise workload, work well on your own and in a Team, have previous office experience and able to work various computer systems, we would like to hear from you.
Main duties will include working in the patient reception, answering calls, booking patient appointments, processing supplies orders and receiving deliveries.
