Are you a dynamic and passionate nurse dedicated to contribute to our high standards of nursing care?


Then come and join the multi-disciplinary team working in the Emergency Department at Frimley Park Hospital!

You will be a member of the multi-disciplinary team and be encouraged to take responsibility for various areas of clinical practice to ensure that the department delivers a high quality service. We will support you every way we can by providing on going professional development and in-house training. You will gain extensive experience to care for a diverse patient mix.

Main duties of the job

It is an exciting time to be working in the Emergency Department where patient care is central to the goals of the organisation, and with modernised facilities this is the perfect time to come and join our team.

We can also offer a shift pattern that suits your family life especially if you have small children.

You will need to be able to have ward based experience before working with us.

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust provides NHS hospital services for around 900,000 people across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and south Buckinghamshire.

As well as delivering excellent general hospital services to local people, we provide specialist heart attack, vascular, stroke, spinal, cystic fibrosis and plastic surgery services across a much wider area.

  • Post qualification experience in an acute setting
  • Evidence of dealing with difficult situations in an appropriate manner

Desirable criteria

  • Emergency nursing experience


Skills


Essential criteria

  • Able to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to organise, along with good communication skills, both written and oral.

Special Requirements

  • Able to work flexible shifts weekends and bank holidays as required
