This post is fully funded by HEIW with the academic study provided by Glyndwr University and the practical placements provided by BCUHB West area, Anglesey and Gwynedd. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
You will be supernumerary for the duration of the course and allocated a qualified School Nurse practice supervisor and practice assessor. You will learn all aspects of the (School Nurse) role whilst undertaking your practical experience within a School Nursing team in West BCU. You will build up your experience and confidence in practice whilst learning the theoretical aspects of the public health course.
